Holiday Preparation and Cleaning Advice from a Midland Real Estate Agent
Fall is just around the corner (gasp), which means Christmas is approaching at the speed of light. Is it too early to start cleaning and preparing your home for the holidays? Heck no! As a working wife and mother, it seems like from the first day of school until Christmas Day is a tornado of homework, candy, baked goods, and hundreds of faux pine needles scattered all over my house. By the time Thanksgiving and Christmas arrive, I am a walking disaster, teeming with pumpkin spiced anxiety. It’s not easy to muster up that holly jolly spirit of one feels suffocated by the school and company parties, the gift buying, decorating, cleaning, and meal planning. Having people over this year? Or worse? House guests?! By planning ahead, there is a good chance that you’ll have it together enough to not only survive the holidays, but to actually enjoy them!
